Easyminer is Donationware , this means every payment towards this project must be in the form of donations.Donationware is a licensing model that supplies fully operational unrestricted software to the user and requests an optional donation be paid to the programmer or a third-party beneficiary (usually a non-profit). The amount of the donation may also be stipulated by the author, or it may be left to the discretion of the user, based on individual perceptions of the software's value. Since donationware comes fully operational (i.e. not crippleware/Freemium) when payment is optional, it is a type of freeware.
Take note the mining earnings are dependent by a number of unstable variables and its hard to predict (Difficulty,PPS,PPS Rate,Shares,Your Hashrate,Total Hashrate,Hash Dificulty,Number of Users Connected to a Pool etc.)
Due the fact the cryptocoin market is very unstable users might or might not loose or gain money.We do not respond for any financial losses to any of our users (including membership plans).
Refunds are available only in a 24 hours interval from the first order (applied rewards will be nulled and the payouts rewards equal to 0.01 must be restored to our ltc adress)!
If your donation refund status is Pending, It could be because PayPal has not yet received the funds from the buyer's bank for the Instant Transfer, or that the seller issued an eCheck that has not yet cleared from their bank. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the money to become available in your PayPal balance

USING EASYMINER STRATUM, SERVICES OR FORUMS IS NOT A RIGHT BUT A PRIVILEGE
- Payments for Membership Plans are accepted as Donations only.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any user account or service without prior notice if a term of these T.O.S was broken
- Bonuses are offered as gifts ,they are not mandatory nor do not represent a legal obligation from Easyminer Team part.
- The Membership is active only when the subscriber is online mining and the "Use Easyminer Moneymaker Setup" mode is enabled!
- Easyminer is Donationware (a type of freeware with no limitations)
- When a donation refund is issued you need to give back the applied rewards (rewards smaller then 0.01 ltc will be nulled) if a payout was delivered on your ltc address, otherwise the refund will fail
Payout Information :
Take note the minimum withdraw sum is 0.01 LTC .
- a Payout button will apear on Easyminer Show Wallet window when the 0.01 Ltc limit is reached
- payouts request can be made manually from within the Easyminer software (active accounts only) itself or from the online wallet(active and inactive accounts)
- autopayments for payouts are disabled, every payment is manually checked and confirmed by the account holder email
- the Ltc transfer could take some time (depending on the network confirmations, from 1h to several days)
- every Payout is confirmed on users email after beeing processed (so please make sure you use an valid email and a valid ltc adress)
- you need to be using Easyminer credentials from MoneyMaker Setup (Public Ltc Adress and Email) in order to acces your online Easyminer Wallet.
Important!!!
Incoming transactions below the above mentioned minimums are not processed by our accounting system and will not be credited to your account. We also can not accumulate smaller payments or return it back to sender.
- to preserve network stability, any account inactive more than 25 days will be set inactive! There will be no refunds afterwards
-older accounts than 1 year will be disabled. Inactive accounts are not eligible for payouts
- payouts can be requested also by account holder email. Send a payout request at buzzbuzzu@gmail.com. Make sure your Mail contains the Public Ltc Adress and Email from Easyminer Moneymaker Setup, and the minimum payout is reached,otherwise your request might be ignored by our staff
Membership Information:
- MEMBERSHIP DONATION PLANS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY IN MONEYMAKER MODE!- memberships other then copper will beneficiate with instant support from our team,installing , debugging or any other issue regarding Easyminer- you need to use the same email and LTC Adress from Easyminer "MoneMaker Setup" in to the easyminer.net Wallet !- earnings will be updated every 2h on users wallet The update time could be bigger if the network becomes clugged or is getting slow- every 2h or more of online status(Easyminer must be open and mining started) you will receive earnings n the Easyminer Stratum .
- Copper users are not entitled to any Premium or Help support from our Team
Important Stuff:
-keep your miner online as much as you can to earn Litecoins.- don't use multiple Easyminers in one PC, will messup hashing speed and earnings will fail- use only one Easyminer installation/PC- use the same or a different LTC Adresses or email for every Easyminer installation/PC- don't close mining prior reaching the 2h limit or else you will loose your mined block shares- don't use "Start mining only Pc is idle" this mode is not for Power users and the earnings are low- use "Cpu and Gpu" or "GPU" mining mode for best results- do not change your Email adress or Install Easyminer in another Pc after the Membership Activation email has been Received- do not use any kind of virtualization (os or network) , hardware used must be genuine- to create a wallet adress you can use one of many online wallets or use the integrated paper wallet from Easyminer(safe and recomended option), afterwards update(copy) that wallet adress on your Easyminer MoneyMaker setup ltc public adress edit box !- the default Public LTC Adress generated from Easyminer is a Paper Wallet (google "bitcoin paper wallet " to readmore aboutit) - very secure- read on how to withdraw from a paper wallet here
General Risks:
- use GPU mining only if you have a powerfull cuda enabled Nvidia Card
- mining could generate alot of hardware heat and might break your PC .Use Easyminer at your own risk.
- earnings are dependant on the pools users hashrate , earnings grow in time
so do not expect to much at begining
- Easyminer Team will not respond for any damage your hardware or software might occure !
- Easyminer is free to use so do not expect bugs or anyother issues you might have to be addressed imediatly !
