How does Easyminer work ? People asking

I've been mining for 2 hours and there is no payment!

Answer:

At first connect it might take from 2h to 4hours for the hash to update correctly.

Do not worry your earnings are there.

Ben:

I've read a lot of things about getting started. So if I don't change the pool address I don't actually make money? I am confused on this.

Answer:

You make money eitherway(moneymaker mode,solo mode or even choosing other pool), on moneymakermode the wallet will show only money from our pool.

How much money can i make ?

Answer :

Depends on your hardware power (gpu,cpu cores etc) and also by the membership plans if you choosed the Moneymaker mode.

Hmm my earnings went back down to zero. It doesn't matter; it was less than a penny ...

Answer:

No , your earnings arent lost!

There is a security check that easyminer does to ensure nobody will steal your money, so if you change computer but use the same credentials as in the old computer , the server will treat you as a new user. Your money wont be lost, if you access them from the old computer with the right credentials you will see its all there.

Answer :

This is the problem with all cryptocoin miners, they all are reported as P.U.P by some antiviruses.We did  report false positive everytime but it seems all its in vain, antiviruses wont accept miners as legit.

We are open source so everyone can check to code if it is clean or not !

Can i use network virtualization or even virtual os to mine cryptocoins.

Answer :

No you can not, due the fact network virtualization does not offer unique names there is a very high chance that your acount will be hacked at some point.

Can i use multiple miners in the same pc,or different pc?

Answer:

No you cannot use multiple miners in one pc, and yes you can use miners in different PCS using different ltc adresses and emails .

Remember every Easyminer installation is unique and bound by hardware so every Pc will be treatead as a new acount.

When can i get payed?

Answer:

All pools have a payout limit.This means when you reach the limit you will be payed, until then your money are there in your wallet .

Payments are available only from Easyminer.exe (not from the website wallet) .When the limit is reached ,a Payout button will apear alowing the user to request payments.

All payments are confirmed by email before transfering.

We have a limit of 0.01 LTC.

What happends if i loose my computer or i have a hardware failure , my money could be lost ?

Answer :
                  Backup your Easyminer folder somwhere safe (usb stick, hdd portable etc).The folder (usually path in  c://Easyminer ) will be used for acount recovery in case of hardware failure or any other type of loss (PC stollen,lost etc) .Without a backup folder your acount can not be recovered and money could be lost !

Please contact use urgently if one of the situations ocurres.
